Rock-n-tot 4/12/08

We really enjoyed ourselves at Rock-n-tot yesterday. John was surprised to see so many dad’s in attendance. Parking was a breeze with a convenient lot right across the street.


Rock–n-tot lived up to my expectations, the music was great. The first floor had a live band playing some great tunes. On the second floor kids were provided with shakers, hoola hoops, scarves and could boogie down with a real live DJ. There was no lack of seating, I could always find a couch or chair when I needed too. They offered chair massages for parents, mini manicures, scavenger hunts, create your own cookies and airbrush tattoos for the kiddos. The complimentary pizza, snacks & juice boxes were plentiful. The third floor catered to babies and was a serene retreat.


The giveaways & goody bags were generous, I won a stunning bracelet. I was really impressed with the security, each child had a wrist or ankle bracelet & the parent was given the stub and you had to match up upon leaving. That made me feel better when I lost Livi for a scary 60 seconds on the second floor.Livi really enjoyed herself and said the music was her favorite part. I can't wait to go back.

I only wish they had these events at even closer suburban locations, maybe in the future they will.
