New Year, New Attitude
I love a brand new year...... what a great time to take inventory ,point yourself in a new direction and manifest goals. I always sit down & write down a few thoughts on New Years Day. No major resolutions so to speak. Just your general checklist of things I wish to improve on: get more organized, take more time for myself, remember gratitude, work out, meditate, be a better Mom, wife, friend, daughter, sister. Leave the toxic people & feelings behind and most importantly to me... finding joy in each moment and truly enjoying my life & the people I love each day.

Looking back at 2007 I can see how much we have grown as a family. Lots of up's & downs, laughter & tears. I have had many Mom moments I am not proud of and many that have been such wonderful lessons. What a year... a full year as a Mom under my belt and I am finally trusting my instincts. I enter 2008 knowing in my heart that I understand my daughter better than anyone and that I will do anything to ensure that she is happy & healthy. I feel more secure & confident than ever.

I hope the new year brings you all your heart desires.

Happy New year to you and yours Lauri.

I found an article about attachment disorder and sensory issues I think you would relate to.
